Note some of the accounting services we offer. It is important to comply with all these statutory requierments, where applicable to you and your business.

* PAYE |
|
|
Pay As You Earn is calculated on the gross salary wage that the employee earns, using EMP10 “tax tables” to determine the tax that needs to be deducted for that specific gross salary. After acquiring the above info, an EMP201 is completed and submitted for you. |

* UIF |
||
|
* Skills Development Levy |
||
|
SDL is payable by the employer only and it is compulsory over a certain turnover. |
||
|
* VAT |
||
|
VAT documents needed are bank statements, cash slips, company credit card slips, invoices and cheques. Once all these documents have been received and captured, then a VAT201E can be completed and submitted. VAT returns are due according to your category A or B on the 25th of the month. |
||

* Workman’s Compensation |

|
* Salaries and wages |
||
|
A copy of each employee's ID Book to register for UIF is required. The employer needs to notify us of the gross salaries. We will then take the gross salaries and according to the EMP tax tables, calculate the amount of PAYE, UIF and SDL that is due to SARS. A schedule is drawn up and faxed to notify of the amount payable to each individual and the total amount due to SARS. |

* Salary package advice |

|
There are certain allowances allowed by SARS in order to reduce tax liability. For example, travel allowance, pension etc. Our skilled consultants can look at your salary and advise on the best possible way to optimize your tax savings. |

* Processing of monthly documents |
||
|
Monthly capturing of bank statements, cash slips, company credit card slips, invoices and cheques are captured on our accounting system and allocated to the relevant expense and income accounts. |

||
|
Management accounts can be produced in order for business to obtain loans or asset requirements. |

* Trial balance |
||
|
A trial balance is a summary of all monthly processing where income and expenditure is summarised for the month. |

||
|
Summary of all people who owe the company money |
||
|
* Creditors report |
||
|
Summary report of everyone to whom the company owes money. |
||

* Payroll |
||
|
